Thank you for shopping with Wear Lulu. We want you to love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below before requesting a return.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • In original condition with all tags attached.
  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.

Returns that do not satisfy these requirements may not be approved.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear & Lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Beauty accessories
  • Items damaged due to improper use or normal wear

How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact our Customer Support Team for authorization.

  • Reason for the return
  • Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once approved, we will provide detailed return instructions along with the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Receiving the wrong item
  • A damaged product
  • A confirmed manufacturing defect

Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Wear Lulu cannot be responsible for packages lost during return transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the package
  • Photos of the shipping label

Our support team will review your request promptly and provide an appropriate solution.


Refunds

Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, additional processing time may be required before the funds appear in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.


Additional Information

Please note:

  • All returns require prior approval.
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Customers should package returned merchandise securely before shipping.
  • Wear Lulu reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
