By accessing, browsing or purchasing products from the Wear Lulu online store, you fully agree to abide by these Terms of Service, together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Size Guide. If you do not accept these terms, you are not permitted to use our website or place any orders. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and revisions will take effect immediately once posted online. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

When you create a customer account on our site, you must submit accurate, complete personal information including your name, shipping address and contact email. You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure, and all orders placed under your account will be deemed authorized by you. You may not use our platform for fraudulent activity, resale bulk transactions without written approval, or any illegal, harmful behavior that interferes with our store operations.

We strive to display accurate product photos, sizes, fabric descriptions and pricing on our website. Minor color differences may exist due to varying screen displays, which do not count as defective goods. Wear Lulu reserves the right to adjust item prices, launch promotions or discontinue styles without prior notice. In rare cases where obvious pricing errors appear, we hold the right to cancel affected orders and issue full refunds to customers.

All orders become binding once payment is successfully processed. We accept authorized secure payment methods shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount including merchandise cost, shipping fees and applicable taxes. If your payment fails, we may cancel your pending order automatically. We do not store complete sensitive card data to protect your financial privacy.

We only ship orders within the United States. Standard order processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimated and not guaranteed; delays caused by courier companies, weather or peak shopping seasons are beyond our control. We will send tracking numbers to your registered email once your parcel dispatches. We do not deliver to APO, FPO or DPO military addresses.

All return requests must be sent to hello@wearlulu.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. Returned items must remain unworn, unwashed with original tags attached, free of stains, perfume or damage. Final sale goods, swimwear, intimates and accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You must obtain official return authorization from our team before sending back items. Our business address is for correspondence only and cannot receive return packages. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped defective, damaged or incorrect items.

All content on the Wear Lulu website including brand logos, text, product images, graphic designs and copywriting belongs exclusively to Wear Lulu. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, edit or use any of our intellectual property for commercial use without our written permission. Unauthorized copying or re-selling our images and products will constitute copyright infringement.

Wear Lulu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses including missed events, lost wages or travel costs arising from delayed deliveries, sizing mismatches or minor visual differences of goods. Our maximum total compensation for any valid claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the related order. We do not warrant that our website will operate without temporary downtime, bugs or interruptions.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Tennessee, United States. Any disputes arising between you and Wear Lulu will be resolved in the courts located in Memphis, Tennessee.
